In this tour, you will have the opportunity to visit the most iconic parks of the northern safari circuit of Tanzania – Tarangire National Park, Lake Manyara NP, Serengeti NP, and Ngorongoro Crater.
Day by Day Itinerary
Day 1
On this day you will be picked up from Kilimanjaro Airport and transferred to Arusha at Kibo Palace Hotel/ similar overnight. (Bed & Breakfast).
Day 2
On this day, early morning breakfast at the Hotel, you will depart to Marangu (Moshi) for a day trip where you will spend the whole day for the Water falls Excursions, walking around the village to learn and experience how the local natives run their daily life, as well as visiting Chagga ancient caves which Chagga people used to hide themselves during fighting between them and Maasai People. You will have local lunch there. Evening drive back to Arusha at Kibo Palace Hotel for overnight. (Bed & Breakfast).
Day 3
After Breakfast you will be picked up from Hotel and depart to Tarangire National Park for game drive with picnic lunches. Tarangire is famous for big groups of Elephants and astonishing landscapes where guests will have an opportunity to experience the few remaining ancient large Baobab trees. Evening drive to Karatu at Farm Of Dream Lodge or Similar for dinner and overnight (Full board).
Day 4
After breakfast, full day game drive in Central Serengeti National Park. The endless plains of the Serengeti lie 330km of Its 15,000 sq kms support the annual migration of over 3 million wildebeest, zebra and other plains game as they follow the rains in their continual search for grass and water. They are closely followed in turn by Africa’s largest concentration of lion and a host of other predators.
Evening drive to Serengeti Serena for dinner and overnight. (Full board).
Day 5 & 6
After breakfast check out with picnic lunches and drive to Southern Serengeti (Ndutu) for game drive. The southeastern portion of Serengeti is teeming with wildlife year round, but the peak in terms of wildlife density is between December and April. Giant herds of wildebeest and zebra are attracted by the seasonal rains pouring down. In this period the best area to see wildlife is around Lake Ndutu, in the heart of the wildebeest gathering. This is where female wildebeest give birth to countless calves and therefore makes up one of the highlight of the Great Migration. All these young herbivores serve as a magnet to predators with the result of southeastern Serengeti becoming the dramatic scene of new life, and death. The vachellia woodlands surrounding the lakes provide shelter to a range of birds not to be found elsewhere in the Serengeti. Stay alert and you may spot a fantastically cultured Fischer's lovebird. With all the action concentrating in this area it is important to point out that the phenomenon attracts, besides predators, a lot of visitors, resulting in high vehicle traffic. Evening drive to Acacia Tented Camp for dinner and overnight. (Full board).
Day 7
After breakfast, you will be picked up with our driver guide with lunch box and proceed to Ngorongoro crater for game drive. The Ngorongoro Crater is one of the most densely crowded African wildlife areas in the world and is home to an estimated 30,000 animals including some of Tanzania's last remaining black rhino. Supported by a year round water supply and fodder, the Ngorongoro Crater supports a vast variety of animals, which include herds of wildebeest, zebra, buffalo, eland, warthog, hippo, Afternoon depart with en-route game drive. Evening drive to Karatu at Marera Valley Lodge for dinner and overnight. (Full board).
Day 8
After breakfast, check out and drive to Arusha for hot lunch, after lunch, you will be transferred to Kilimanjaro International for your departure.
