The 8 Day Zanzibar Package Holiday Tour is the one you would do if you are short on time.
This Package includes the Prison Island Boat Trip, Kizimkazi Dolphin Tour, Safari Blue Boat Trip, Stone Town City Tour, Jozani Forest Tour and the Spice Tour. You can start on any date you request. This is a private tour just your group in vehicle with driver/guides. We can help arrange flights and speed boats in and out of Zanzibar.
Day by Day Itinerary
Day 1
Pick up from the airport and transfer to stone town for check in at Tembo hotel (or similar hotel) sea/pool view room, evening leisure and overnight on BB basis
Day 2
Morning at 09:00am have the Stone Town City Tour takes around the historical culture and architectural important town of Zanzibar with a century history. It includes a visit to former slave market site, now stands as Anglican church built in 1871, town market, visit the Zanzibar Memorial Museum, House of Wonder built in 1883 (Beit-Al-Ajab), Old Arab Fort, Palace Museum, Old Indian dispensary (Cultural Center)
At 02:00pm trip to Spice Tour on this tour you will see and taste the tropical fruits, spices plantation or plots in the island. A variety of spices plants used as ornament, medicines, flowers, fruits and another interesting flora can be seen during spice tour and visit to Kidichi bath built in 1850 by the first Sultan for his wife Sheharzad (granddaughter of Fateh Ali Shah of Persia and back to town, evening leisure and overnight on BB basis
At 02:00pm trip to Spice Tour on this tour you will see and taste the tropical fruits, spices plantation or plots in the island. A variety of spices plants used as ornament, medicines, flowers, fruits and another interesting flora can be seen during spice tour and visit to Kidichi bath built in 1850 by the first Sultan for his wife Sheharzad (grand daughter of Fateh Ali Shah of Persia and back to town for dinner and overnight at your hotel.
Day 3
Safari Blue. After breakfast we will drive you to Fumba Village to the South West of Zanzibar (25 minutes’ drive from the stone town) where you will board a dhow with other guests to experience the beautiful Menai Bay Conservation and enjoy the tranquillity of cruising by sail in one of the traditional hand built wooden dhows. Get a chance to see the dolphins, swim at one of the pristine sandbanks, visit the islets and snorkel at the coral reefs, at Kwale island you will enjoy a legendary see food barbeque which includes fish, lobster, calamari, chickens served with coconut rice seasonal fresh fruits, you will also enjoy the ice cold sodas, mineral water and beer. We round the day off by returning to Fumba by a traditional lateen sail where your vehicle will be waiting to take you back to your hotel and overnight on BB basis.
It is advisable to take swim wear, towel, water resisting bag (for camera and other valuables) sunscreen and a hat
Day 4
At 9:00pm have a half day tip to Prison Island Boat Tour a home of Aldabra Giant Tortoises. Flanged by an amazing beach of reef sanctuary, the island is ideal for swimming, snorkeling and beach relaxation. Later in the afternoon drive to the North for evening leisure and overnight at Flame tree hotel (or similar hotel) on BB basis
Day 5
Day is spent at leisure and overnight on BB bases
Day 6
At 8:00. Drive to Jozani Forest Tour for Red Colobus Monkeys, natural forest, and mangrove forest and the living species of fish underneath and back to your hotel overnight on BB basis.
Day 7
Full day beach leisure and overnight at the hotel on BB basis.
Day 8
Pick up from hotel/resort transfer to the harbour/ airport for departure.
